On the other hand, the IHT-1P has a wide range of -58℉ ~ 572℉ (-50°C~300°C) with a calibration range of -5℉~5℉ (-3℃ to 3℃), making it perfect for various types of food such as beef, chicken, pork, fish, lamb, deep frying, making candy, baking, and more.

The IHT-1P is an instant read thermometer that responds in 3-5 seconds. The foldable probe is ideal for use in rainy weather and easy to carry during activities like camping and hiking.
